Growing up in his father's footsteps, Jordan started his production career at age 10 running sound and video for church services. His journey led him through broadcast radio, mega-church technical direction, and ultimately to serving as Communications Director for the Governor of West Virginia, where he orchestrated countless high-profile state events.

Emma brings a refined, contemporary perspective to the family business as our lead event designer and client consultant. With a keen eye for emerging trends and a deep understanding of client needs, she translates technical expertise into exceptional, tailored experiences that embody each client’s unique vision.

Randy Damron
With over 50 years in broadcasting and event production, Randy has produced some of West Virginia's largest events, including the historic Charleston Sternwheel Regatta. His expertise in radio and live production laid the foundation for what Damron Productions would become.
